The Warriors were left trophless after losing out in the Challenge Cup final to Hull and not making it into the play-offs for the Grand Final last season, which was won by Leeds for a record eighth time.
Most of the Warriors stars remain under contract at the club and Wane says there is no need for major changes, while admitting he is unsure whether they could afford to do that anyway.
He told Wigan Today: "We won't be going down the overhaul route.
"We're not in a position to, and we don't need to.
"But if I can tweak things I will."
One new face for next season will be Australian prop Gabriel Hamlin, who penned a two-year deal this week.
