McInally signs defender for the third time
HID Scottish League Two, Updated:
Peterhead boss Jim McInally has signed defender Ryan Harding for a third time to help ease a defensive crisis.
McInally moved to sign the player after Callum MacDonald and Scott Ross were sent off last weekend and are therefore suspended for the next match.
MacDonald and Ross were both sent off in the 2-0 defeat from Elgin at the weekend along with full back Steven Noble, and McInally has brought in the 28 year old on loan from Alloa for a month to help bolster his numbers.
Harding, who started his career at Livingston, previously worked with the Balmoor boss at both Morton and East Stirlingshire, with McInally saying, "I needed a temporary addition to our squad to help us through this period of suspensions. Ryan is a player I know well and I am sure he will do a good job when called on."
