Inter eye Jankto deal

Inter Milan are reportedly looking to step up their pursuit of Udinese midfielder Jakub Jankto.

Jankto joined the Italian outfit in 2014 and after enjoying an impressive loan spell at Ascoli for the 2015-16 campaign he has now managed to establish himself as a first-team regular at the Dacia Arena.

The Czech Republic international has made 42 Serie A appearances for the Zebrette and interest in his services grew more on Monday night after he scored twice in the 3-0 win at Crotone.

League leaders Inter are believed to be weighing up a January move for the 21-year-old and representatives of the club are to use the home clash against Udinese on December 16 to discuss a move.

Several Premier League sides are rumoured to be keen on acquiring Jankto's services but the Nerazzurri are confident they have enough pulling power to tempt the midfielder into making the switch to the San Siro.
