Italian trio eyeing Darmian

Serie A trio Juventus, Napoli and Roma are reportedly ready to battle it out for Manchester United full-back Matteo Darmian.

The 27-year-old left Torino in his homeland to sign for the Red Devils in the summer of 2015 but he has struggled to earn a regular starting role with the Premier League outfit.

Jose Mourinho has preferred Antonio Valencia and Ashley Young in the full-back roles this season and it's understood that Darmian is keen to move on.

Reports claim the Italy international will have no shortage of suitors in January with a trio of Italian giants ready to fight it out for his signature.

Serie A champions Juventus would look the most likely to win the battle, however, Napoli and Roma may be able to offer him a guaranteed starting spot.
