Nainggolan expects Roma stay

Radja Nainggolan says he expects to stay at Roma beyond the summer as he insists he is happy in Italy.

The midfielder has been excellent for the Giallorossi since joining from Cagliari in 2014 but his form has not gone unnoticed.

Nainggolan was heavily linked with Chelsea at the end of last season, with Blues boss Antonio Conte known to be a fan.

A potential switch to China has also been mentioned but the 28-year-old insists he is happy at the Stadio Olimpico and as things stand, does not see any reason to leave the Eternal City.

"I'm happy in Rome, the weather is usually good and my family are fine here," he told reporters in his native Belgium.

"Sometimes you make choices for money, other times it's for quality of life, which is important for me. Also if I went to England I'd have to start from scratch and I'm very happy at Roma."
