Mixed injury news for Bhoys
Celtic boss Neil Lennon says Tom Rogic could be back after the international break but admits Nir Bitton is set for a spell out.
Rogic is yet to make an appearance for the Scottish champions this season after struggling with an injury over the course of the summer.
He had a number of niggling issues to deal with last term and hasn’t kicked a ball competitively since the 2-1 Scottish Cup final triumph over Hearts in May.
The Australian recently returned to training and Lennon is hoping to have him available for the trip to Hamilton after the international break.
Lennon told The Sun: “I’m hoping to get Tom back in contention for the squad for the Hamilton game.
“He looks brilliant. He’s in great condition, he’s lost weight and he’s training well.”
But it looks like Bitton is set for a period on the sidelines after limping out of the Old Firm Derby victory over the weekend.
"I can’t speak highly enough of the players, they were absolutely brilliant. It was a perfect performance."

Bitton appeared to be struggling with a hamstring problem and Lennon expects him to miss up to four weeks of action.
He added: “Nir will be out for three or four weeks.”
