Gers given hope of keeping wing ace
Ryan Kent says he would give serious consideration to making his loan move from Liverpool to Rangers permanent come next summer.
Gers boss Steven Gerrard raided his old club to bring in the 21-year-old midfielder and has had already made a big impression north of the border, making 17 appearances in all competitions.
The Light Blues are the fifth team Kent has spent time on loan with in the last three years and with his prospects of first-team action at Liverpool looking slim, he may be forced to move on to pastures new permanently.
Having been afford plenty of opportunities by one of his playing idols in Gerrard, Kent has now admitted that the prospect of staying with Rangers long-term is not out of the question.
Kent told Talksport: ‘It’s something I’d consider. The fans are great here.
‘Rangers are an amazing club, but that’s a conversation they need to have with Liverpool, not me.’
