The Argentine returned home following the death of his father and he has missed the draw against Bournemouth as well as the defeats to Stoke and Chelsea.
Fernandez's absence has been felt at the heart of defence after he decided to withdraw from the squad to face the Cherries.
The 28-year-old returned to Wales at the weekend and he rejoined training on Monday and Clement will be hoping he can get back into the swing of things ahead of the clash with West Brom on Saturday.
Clement told the club's official website: "Federico has rejoined his team-mates this week after the very sad passing of his father. We are very happy to have him back and I am glad to say that he is doing okay at what is a very difficult time in his life.
"He is back available for selection and we are glad to have him. Fede will get all the support he needs from the club."
