Clement primed for Terriers test

Swansea manager Paul Clement believes Saturday's home match against Huddersfield Town will be a tough encounter.

Swansea have endured a difficult start to the Premier League season, winning just one of their seven games, and the club that narrowly avoided relegation last season are languishing down in 18th position.

The Welsh outfit take on a Huddersfield side that are slipping down the table and the Terriers' last league victory came on August 20 - a 1-0 home win against fellow newly-promoted side Newcastle United.

Both teams are desperate for three points at the Liberty Stadium and, despite being the home side, Clement has warned his players to expect a difficult challenge.

"All the games are tough - home or away against the teams at the top or lower down," he said. "We feel optimistic our form is going to change. We have worked at some things the last couple of weeks since the West Ham loss.

"The players have responded very well to what we have been doing."
