The 29-year-old has been out of action for eight months after rupturing an Achilles tendon in February.
Dyer has not played for Swansea's first team since that 2-0 win over Leicester City but has been regaining match fitness with the club's Under-23s.
"Nathan is available for selection now," said Swansea manager Paul Clement. "He has played two games for the Under-23s and he is training well.
"It has got to the point now where he can be considered for action."
