England international Kane had been in talks with Spurs since the summer and has now finally put pen to paper, with his new deal set to extend his stay at White Hart Lane by a further two years.
He finished as top scorer in the Premier League last season, with 25 goals, and has hit the net five times already this term.
Kane hopes to continue to develop under the guidance of boss Mauricio Pochettino.
"It's amazing. Everyone knows how much I love this team and what I feel for this club," Kane told Tottenham's official club website.
"To sign another contract is a special feeling. We've got a great, young squad and the club is moving in the right direction."
