Redknapp disappointed with draw

Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp was left disappointed after his side failed to hang on to their lead against Newcastle on Sunday.

Goals from Rafael van der Vaart and Jermain Defoe, either side of Demba Ba's strike, looked to be giving Tottenham a fifth successive league win but Shola Ameobi came off the bench to snatch a 2-2 draw for the Magpies four minutes from time.
He said: "When you are 2-1 up with minutes to go, you are looking to win the game, for sure, so it becomes disappointing. Last year, we came here and we were losing with a couple of minutes to go and we grabbed an equaliser, so you are delighted. But when you are winning so late in the game, you are really looking to make sure you get the three points if you can."
