Wolves are reportedly looking to sign a striker in January and are thought to be especially keen on Kasimpasa forward Mbaye Diagne.

The Senegalese has been in fantastic form in the Turkish Super Lig, netting 14 times already this season, and his form has piqued the interest of English clubs.

Leeds were recently mentioned as potential suitors but it appears Wolves are ready to give him a shot at the Premier League.

The 26-year-old is valued at around 10m euros and with him under contract until 2022, Kasimpasa are only likely to entertain what they deem to be serious bids in the winter window.

Diagne was previously on the books of Juventus and has also spent time in France, Belgium, Saudi Arabia, Hungary and China during what has been a diverse career to say the least.

Wolves currently have Raul Jimenez, on loan from Benfica, leading the line, although there are doubts over his finishing ability, while he is also thought to be suffering from a lack of competition for his place.
