PSG target rules out move
Liverpool midfielder Fabinho has dismissed speculation linking him with Paris Saint-Germain and says he is staying put.
The Brazilian midfielder has had a tough time since making a summer switch to Anfield and has been linked with a move away in the January window.
PSG have been linked as doubts surround the future of Adrien Rabiot, who looks set to leave after turning down the offer of a new deal, but Fabinho signing looks unlikely.
The player made a rare appearance and impressed as Liverpool beat arch rivals Everton 1-0 at the weekend and he seems to be very happy where he is.
‘I was told there was something in the press, but I never said I’d like to leave Liverpool,’ he revealed when asked about being linked with the Ligue 1 champions.
‘I knew I would need to have patience to wait for my moment. I’m happy at Liverpool. There is no reason for me to leave.’
