Leicester linked to 17-goal striker
Leicester could look to Porto again next summer with in-form striker Moussa Marega tipped to be a target for Brendan Rodgers.
But Correio de Manha report that the Foxes will face competition from West Ham for the 27-year-old Mali international, who has scored 17 goals and assisted 10 others from his 34 appearances.
Rodgers’ former club Celtic were linked to Marega on a couple of occasions, initially when the striker was on loan at Vitoria Guimaraes from Porto before he established himself at the Dragao.
The new manager may well be looking to add an all-action style frontman to his ranks in the next transfer window and Marega’s name could well be on his wanted list.
West Ham would be appear to have the greater need for a player like Marega, who has a contract at Porto until 2021, as they could lose the likes of Marko Arnautovic, Lucas Perez, Javier Hernandez and Andy Carroll at the end of the season.
