Niasse keen on Turkish return
On-loan Cardiff striker Oumar Niasse reportedly wants to go back to Turkey and play for Besiktas next season.
Senegalese news source Stades claim Niasse, who scored 13 goals for Akisarspor in 2013-2014, is ready to quit England after failing to establish himself at Everton.
It states that Besiktas, who are currently third in the Turkish Super Lig, are his preferred destination.
The Toffees paid Lokomotiv Moscow £13.
5m for Niasse in 2016 and then manager Roberto Martinez handed him a four-and-a-half year contract.
The 29-year-old was sent on loan to Hull City in 2017 but his four goals for Marco Silva’s side failed to keep the Tigers up that year.
And when Neil Warnock was looking for a striker in final days of the last transfer window, Cardiff pinned their hopes on Niasse finding some goals for them.
But Niasse has not yet opened his account for the Bluebirds after 12 Premier League appearances.
