Reds braced for star interest as PSG linked with swoop
Liverpool could face a battle to keep Roberto Firmino in the summer as Paris Saint-Germain are reported to be lining up a swoop.
The Brazil international has been a revelation during his four-year spell at Anfield when firing home 66 goals in 191 appearances in all competitions.
Reports now suggest that PSG boss Thomas Tuchel is a huge admirer of the 27-year-old as he looks to revamp his squad for another assault on the Champions League next season.
It remains to be seen if the under-pressure Tuchel will still be in charge of the Parisians next season, but even if he is, the chances of landing Firmino are unlikely.
Reds boss Jurgen Klopp will have no intention of selling one of his star players, while it is thought Firmino would not kick up a fuss and demand a move like fellow countryman Philippe Coutinho.
Speaking of which, the French side are also keen on Coutinho and would have far more chance of doing a deal as Barca are looking to offload him.
