Spurs target wants big club and will make decision shortly
Tottenham target Joachim Andersen has set his sights on a move to a big club and will make a decision on his future shortly.
The Denmark international currently plays his football in Italy’s Serie A with Sampdoria, but it looks as though he will not be there for much longer as a host of clubs chase his signature.
Spurs are keen on the central defender, as doubts surround the future of Toby Alderweireld, along with arch rivals Arsenal, while AC Milan could offer him the chance to stay in Italy.
Andersen is not sure who he will join just yet, but he will not drag the decision out, and hopes to make an announcement sooner rather than later.
‘It could be time for me to further my career.
I have loved my time in Sampdoria but maybe it’s time to move on to develop further,’ he said.
‘There are a number of interesting clubs from Europe’s biggest leagues who are discussing with my agent and I’ll be making a decision shortly together with my family and my agent.
‘I have dreams of playing in the biggest clubs in the world and the biggest leagues in the world.’
