Boro to move back in for Crivelli
Middlesbrough are reportedly set to reignite their interest in Caen striker Enzo Crivelli.
New Middlesbrough boss Jonathan Woodgate is eager to add some attacking reinforcements to his squad this summer and there are claims he is looking at former France Under-21 international Crivelli.
Boro were first linked with the striker at the end of the 2017/18 campaign when the 24-year-old was plying his trade at Angers, where he scored one goal in 15 Ligue 1 appearances.
The Frenchman moved to Caen in June 2018 for a fee believed to be in the region of three million euros and has netted eight times from 44 top-flight matches.
With Rui Almeida’s men suffering relegation to Ligue 2 last season, Crivelli is set to move on to pastures new and it is claimed Boro are hopeful they can lure him into a switch to the Riverside.
It is thought an offer around £3m will be enough to acquire the striker’s services.
