Forest boss wants to move quickly
Nottingham Forest boss Sabri Lamouchi wants to get his transfer business wrapped up as quickly as possible.
The 47-year-old took charge of Forest on June 28, just hours after the sacking of Martin O’Neill, and he has already added three players to his squad.
Tiago Silva, Yuri Ribeiro and Albert Adomah have agreed moves to the City Ground this week, while Sammy Ameobi signed prior to O’Neil’s exit.
Lamouchi is far from satisfied with his options yet and admits they need to get on with business in order to have a fully functioning squad by the time the new campaign gets underway.
‘Of course it is important to get the players in quickly, because we do not have time to lose,’ said Lamouchi.
‘The players need to know exactly what you want from them.
‘When the players know exactly what the manager wants, what the manager likes and does not like, it is easier for them.
‘I hope to see new arrivals soon, because we are working towards that.’
