Bond was due to remain with the Daggers until after the weekend but, having only been on the bench for the last three games, the Hornets activated a clause which brought him back to Vicarage Road.
The stopper, 18, has now joined League One Bury until the end of the season as they look to stave off relegation. It is his fourth different loan spell of the campaign.
Mingoia, 20, meanwhile, moves to Blue Square Bet Premier Hayes on a one-month deal.
The midfielder has been an unused substitute for the Hornets on a few occasions this season but has not featured for the first team.
