The DR Congo midfielder has recently been at the centre of transfer speculation over his future at The Hawthorns, with the Baggies issuing a statement last week insisting the 24-year-old wasn't for sale.
Fiorentina have been strongly linked with the former Paris St Germain player but Baggies boss Roy Hodgson is keen to hang on to Mulumbu having been impressed since taking over as manager.
West Brom fans will be happy to hear Mulumbu is ready to commit his future to the club and says while he can't guarantee he'll stay he would be more than willing to see out his deal with the Black Country side.
Mulumbu said: "Every player has a price, if two clubs agree a fee there is nothing you can do.
"I have a contract with the club and I want to honour it but it is up to the club who has my registration.
"For me, I am still a West Brom player. Any club who wants me needs to convince them to sell me. I am ambitious and want to play at the top level all the time."
