Wigan after new striker
Wigan are thought to be considering a January transfer for Leeds winger Max Gradel after his impressive form in the Championship.
The Latics have a history of snapping up young, Championship players during the January transfer window having brought in Victor Moses and Ben Watson in the past.
The 23-year-old recently broke into the Ivory Coast national side after a good start to the season at Leeds and his seven goals in all competitions has attracted the interest of a number of Premier League sides.
Wigan and West Brom are thought to be monitoring Gradel, with the Latics in particular desperate to bring in some attacking reinforcements after Mauro Boselli's failure at the DW Stadium.
Manager Roberto Martinez is reportedly ready to sell Boselli and could use the money he recoups to buy Gradel instead.
