Four-way tussle for Eastwood

Norwich have joined Derby, Coventry and Crystal Palace in the race to sign Wolves striker Freddie Eastwood, according to reports.

Carrow Road boss Glenn Roeder has confirmed he wants to bring in at least one new striker and want-away Wales international Eastwood is a possible target.

Eastwood struggled to settle at Molineux when bagging just three goals in 31 appearances, but Coventry chairman Ray Ranson revealed yesterday the Sky Blues will make a renewed bid for the 24-year-old.

The former Southend marksman has not seen eye-to-eye with Wolves manager Mick McCarthy and has been transfer listed.
