Preston, one of the founder members of the Football League were the first English team to complete the League and Cup double in 1888-89.
North End have played their home games at Deepdale since 1878, with the stadium now holding 24,500 spectators. Preston have won the FA Cup twice, with their last victory coming in 1938.
